I agree with all the other reviews. This brand new facility is state of the art, Had a production here for about a month. Facilities are top notch with mints and mouth wash in the bathrooms. Very 5 star service. TVs with CNN all on the halls.

The Brasil restaurant below is also a gourmet place to eat. Wish Discovery Studios didn't take it over and kick us out!!!

Our production set up here a couple months back and it's been an amazing experience since. They are dog friendly, offer a free gym (it's small, but does the job), terrific coffee/panini cafe on premises, hip, comfortable office. They also have various events throughout the months that encourage tenants from various productions to mingle. It's perfect for me, since I live about 2 miles away and can just walk the dog here every day. Only drawback is the Charlie Sheen "Winning" poster in one of the hallways. C'mon guys... Otherwise, very friendly staff, great location, professional, but fun office environment.T

Great office space! Moving in was effortless. Thanks to the HPC 4 team, Lucy, Alexandra and Adrian, we were able to move in quickly and not miss a day of work. Seamless plug-and-play features. Clean and great work environment with other production companies. I personally enjoy the patios. HPC 4 also has an attentive valet service and car wash. Highly recommend!!

The Hollywood Production Center is a fabulous office space! Lucy and Alex were a huge help when our company moved into the building. It's very clean, affordable, and a friendly work environment. The upstairs and downstairs patios are great for lunch meetings! The valet service, car wash, and gym is very convenient for all tenants! I highly recommend the HPC! :)
