We've been working with HPC for the past few weeks and we love it! The building is clean and stocked with amenities. Free, fresh ground Starbucks in the morning, free massage chairs, vending machines, and gym downstairs. There are also so many good spaces to meet & talk on the phone, from different sitting areas throughout the building to the outdoor patio which has umbrellas and plenty of seating. All the plants and beautiful landscaping make it even more inviting and warm. The staff is also really friendly and has helped us out whenever we needed anything! The location is perfect in Glendale, with tons of restaurants and places nearby to take meetings or walk outside. I would recommend HPC to anyone looking for a quality film production office with tons of amenities and value!

I've been working here for 2 years now and this place is awesome. The building is animal friendly which is great for bringing your pet to work everyday. They have parties and get together a for the whole building every holiday. The building is always clean and the staff is friendly. Even though I don't use it I hear the gym is great. There is a great outdoor space on the roof to hang and eat your lunch or to catch some zzz's. The location is great because it's just a couple blocks from the mall. There are tons of places to eat so you have many options. From the fresh popcorn every Friday to the staff, this place is all around a good workspace.
