I love the look and size of the offices in this building.

It has been a couple of years since I've been here. The first time I was here I came for a massage that I found through Groupon. The space was large, clean and the waiting area was comfortable.

This time I'm here for a MD visit and her office is so cute!! Her waiting area is also very nice and comfortable.

Plenty of free parking near the building. You can also park at the 90 minutes free parking lot if you want to walk a little further.

Hand gel next to the elevators which is a nice touch and much appreciated. Restroom upstairs very clean with many stalls.

Reasonable pricing and rooftop views make for a spectacular office experience. Free coffee from 8-12 is my every day savior. They have monthly events and everyone is friendly. Many businesses to learn from and work with.

HPC3 is the best hands down !!!!!!!

I love coming into to work, especially with the awesome office I have :) In the search of looking for an office in the Glendale area I came across many old looking ones. As soon as I stepped in here I knew right away this was my place.

The environment is modern and up to date, the front desk is so helpful and always with a welcoming smile. Every single floor has a kitchen and a conference room as well as a bathroom with cool things like (Hairspray, Scope, Q-Tips, Mints, and Floss). I mean lets face it, it has everything a girl needs ! The restrooms are so nice and well maintained. & finally the top floor has like a patio area which is super nice and peaceful. They have a fountain, a gym, I mean you can practically live here if you wanted to !

I am so glad that I have my office here and I will never look elsewhere. They are affordable, they are fully equipped, and most of all they have outstanding customer service.

if there is ANYONE OUT THERE looking for a Hipp office, with cool features, then this is your place. Don't you want to come to work and feel good about it ? Well then here it is. You will not regret it :)
